First Automation / Free pilot

Try one automation before a monthly commitment.

Agree one recurring task. I cover the build and running costs within agreed limits. We review seven days of live use after the build, then you decide whether paid monthly support is worthwhile.

What makes a useful pilot?

  • One task your team handles repeatedly.
  • Tools we can access and connect appropriately.
  • Enough activity to learn from seven live days.
  • A person who can review exceptions and results.

Discovery checks feasibility. If the fit is poor, we stop there.

Bring a task, not a specification.

For a future discovery conversation, note:

  • What starts the task and which tools you use.
  • How often it happens and who handles it.
  • Time spent doing it and checking for mistakes.
  • What goes wrong or needs a person to decide.

A short overview is enough. Do not share passwords or private customer records.

Free within agreed scope.

Crewmind covers the build and running costs within the agreed pilot scope. Build timing is agreed separately. The seven-day assessment starts after go-live.

Check whether the work improves.

We agree how the task works today as a baseline. Compare time spent, response speed, completed tasks, errors, and human review effort. Observed changes stay separate from estimated financial value; seven days may not establish reliable revenue ROI.

From discovery to your decision

Choose one task. Try it. Review the results.

The pilot is free within agreed scope. Build timing is agreed separately; the seven-day assessment begins after go-live.

We talk through recurring work and choose one suitable task. If there is no useful fit, we stop there.

Before I build, we agree what is included, usage limits, access, success measures, build timing, and handover or shutdown. Crewmind covers build and running costs within that scope.

The assessment starts after go-live, not at discovery. We compare live activity with your baseline and review exceptions together.

We review observed results and any value estimates separately. Continue monthly only if you see worthwhile value. No automatic extension or billing.

Your decision after the live review.

Choose paid monthly support only if you see worthwhile value. We agree its price and any ongoing software or usage costs before you commit. There is no automatic extension or billing.

Support covers monitoring, maintenance, and improvements to the chosen automation. Additional builds are scoped separately.

If you stop, we follow the handover or shutdown plan agreed before starting. Any ongoing access or running costs depend on that agreement.

Pilot requests are not open yet.

Call requests are not yet open. This disabled form is a preview; it does not collect, store, or send information.

For now, check whether your task fits or explore the sample workflows. Nothing on this page reserves a pilot or confirms a booking.

Before you start

Questions about your first automation.

Is the pilot fully free?

Yes. Crewmind covers the build and running costs within the agreed pilot scope and usage limits. We agree those limits before starting. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

When do the seven days start?

After the automation goes live. Build timing is agreed separately and depends on scope, access, and testing. Seven days means live assessment, not guaranteed delivery or guaranteed ROI.

What happens after the pilot?

We review the results together. If you see worthwhile value, you can choose monthly support. If not, there is no retainer. We follow the handover or shutdown plan agreed before starting. There is no automatic extension or billing.

Does every business qualify?

No. Discovery checks whether one recurring task has a useful, feasible automation opportunity. We need suitable tool access, enough activity to assess, and an agreed way to measure it. If the fit is poor, I will say so.

How will we judge value?

We agree a baseline and success measures before building: manual time, response speed, completed tasks, errors, or another relevant measure. Observed results stay separate from estimated financial value. Seven days may not establish reliable revenue ROI.

What do we agree before starting?

One workflow, build scope, usage limits, access requirements, success measures, build timing, human checkpoints, and the end-of-pilot handover or shutdown. A complete website or app project is not included in the free pilot.

What does monthly support include?

Monitoring, maintenance, and improvements to the chosen automation. Retainer pricing and ongoing software or usage costs are agreed before you commit. Additional builds are scoped separately.

Do I need to replace my tools?

We start with the tools you already use. What we can connect depends on their access and capabilities. Exceptions and sensitive decisions stay with a person.

Can I request a call now?

Call requests are not yet open. The form on this page is disabled and does not collect or send information. This page explains the offer; it does not reserve a pilot or confirm a booking.

What would monthly support cost?

Monthly support is paid separately from the free pilot. Pricing and any ongoing software or usage costs are agreed before you commit. Monitoring, maintenance, and improvements to the chosen automation are included in the agreed support scope; additional builds are scoped separately. No monthly price is published here.

What if seven days is not enough to judge?

An infrequent task may not produce enough activity in seven live days. We review the evidence available, including errors, exceptions, and time spent checking the work. Limited activity is not proof of value. Any further time or scope needs a separate agreement; nothing extends automatically.

Does every task need AI?

No. The task determines the approach. A rule-based connection may be enough to move information or create a task. AI can help with less structured messages or documents, with agreed checks and human review.
